- Full Attendance & Participation: The candidate must attend at least 90% of scheduled mentorship and instruction sessions.
- Mock Assessment Completion: The candidate must complete all assigned full-length mock simulation exams and achieve the requisite benchmark score recommended by the assigned mentor prior to scheduling the official vendor exam.
- Continuous Mentorship: If an eligible candidate does not clear the official certification exam on their first attempt, SR BrightStack Solutions provides continued one-on-one mentor coaching, refresher material updates, and targeted score analysis sessions at no additional tuition fee until the candidate successfully passes.

5. Fees, Payment Terms & Access
Tuition fees for courses and certification packages must be remitted according to the payment schedule agreed upon at enrollment. Access to course repositories, live classes, and mentor support is granted upon receipt of payment confirmation.
All prices quoted on the website or via official admission desks are denominated in Indian Rupees (₹) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

- Cancellations requested in writing prior to batch initiation may be eligible for a refund minus administrative processing fees.
